Smithtown High School East’s annual “Dancing With the Teachers” fundraiser was a big hit Thursday night.
Hosted by Smithtown East Varsity Kickline, teachers swayed throughout the night!
Judges Ms. Zeitlin, Ms. Stech and Mr. Costello had a tough task on their hands as the competition was fierce!
Congratulations to Mr. Cummings and Friends on winning the mirror ball! Fantastic job by the following contestants: Mrs. Cooley and daughter Olivia, Mrs. Brienza and Ms. Tokarski, Mr. Willman, Ms. Flynn, Coach Busold and Mrs. Lorefice, Ms. Nathan and Mr. Cav, Ms. Pronesti, Mrs. Greboz and Mrs. Smith, Mr. Cummings and Signora Rabeno.
The money raised for the fundraiser will help the Whisperettes defray their cost to attend Nationals at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in Orlando, Florida. The team has been competing at the Contest of Champions National Dance Team Championships for over 20 years with great success. They are the reigning 25X Small High Kick Champions.
